Boxing - Amateurs to Professionals All Trainers have extensive experience in competitions at both amateur and professional levels. Classes are initially conducted on a circuit style basis which will ensure that students will gain a great level of cardio and strength exercises perfect for beginners right through to professional fighters. Correct and proper boxing techniques are taught through out all circuit classes with a typical session including general exercises, skipping, bag work, speed ball, floor to ceiling and pad work. Students will set their own goals depending what they wish to acheive. Nick Lundh has implemented a fully graded structured system that ensure students can gain qualifications and to set goals with Boxing. There is no need to compete, training can be solely for fitness and self defence however opportunities are available from low level competitions, amateur boxing right through to professional boxing.
